      First, I'd like to note that I've been with the Westerville branch for almost five years. This particular staff have extended themselves to create a "family-like" environment! Not only have I received the highest level of professionalism, moreover the fact is they genuinely care about my overall needs. My 7 year old son enjoys everytime I go in for a transaction..., and that alone says a lot. I am completely satisfied with Middlefield and plan on continued success with such an outstanding company!

      The only problem with this bank is u dont print receipts i need my receipts..so i doubt ill ever come back unless you fix that.plus last time i went there it gave me my receipt for what i requested but never gave me my money. I was very dissatisfied with my experience.

      Hi Ms. Willard, We apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience at our branch. In regards to your ATM issue not printing a receipt, we tested the ATM and it did provide a receipt automatically when we withdrew funds. When doing a balance inquiry, the ATM gives the option to view your balance (on screen only), print a receipt with the balance, or opt-out of the balance request. As for not receiving funds but getting a receipt, we have not seen any irregularities in our ATM balances. We would be happy to speak with you on any additional details surrounding your experience.
