  Good bank but the hours are horrible to work around for any average person who works during the week.

  Chris, thank you for taking time out of your day to review our bank. While we are glad you consider us a good bank, we are disappointed to hear that you aren’t satisfied with our hours. Our Board of Directors and management team, take many things into consideration when determining our bank hours for each location. First and foremost, we try to accommodate our customers, but we also observe other local banks to have comparable (if not more convenient) hours. Keep in mind, we do want our customers to satisfied, so we will be sure to mention your complaint with our team. In the meantime, I hope we can continually serve you and your banking needs.

  Because I made a mobile deposit yesterday after 2 it won’t wouldn’t go in that day which is fine but today it won’t be in till 3:30 it should go in right away today and this isn’t the first time this has happened to me sometimes it will take 3 days absolutely ridiculous

  First, The Missouri Bank wants to apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you. Your time and money are important to us and we try, at the best of our ability, to make any interaction (mobile or in house) as smooth and easy as possible. However, on our app, it does state while making a mobile deposit that the “funds are normally received within two business days.” While, we wish that all transactions are immediate, sometimes, it just doesn’t happen that way…and we apologize. If there is anything, we can do for you in the future, please let us know! Again, we are very sorry for your trouble!
