  Everyone looks up and says hello when you walk in the bank. I have been a customer for 18 years and even when I call, I am Call vI am addressed by name. Very friendly

  Very disappointed in the service I received. The Vice President was very rude, would not even let me finish explaining what I needed before she cut me off. Then once she heard me situation she was very sorry, not helpful but sorry. Everyone deserves good customer service until they prove otherwise, I got terrible customer service and will tell everyone I know about the treatment I received at this Warrenton branch, if the Vice President is like this I can only imagine how the employees under her act and treat people.

  THE LADIES ALWAYS PRESENT YOU WITH A WELCOMED SMILE AND SO HELPFUL. THEY MAKE IT SO COMFORTABLE WHEN YOU WALK IN THE DOOR YOU JUST DON'T WANT TO LEAVE. I JUST LOVE MAKING TRIPS TO THE MISSOURI BANK EVEN IF I DON'T HAVE ANY MONEY LOL
