      Very user friendly site. Auto pay works great. Peace of mind with TMS! This is my second mortgage with them. I love the ease of the website and the fact that you can get payoff statements in seconds.

      This company took over servicing of my loan after a refinance and it's been a horrible experience. They always miss the deadline of paying for my insurance and I need to call them, navigate through endless phone menus until I can get to someone that can help and then it still takes about 30 minutes of my time. They have responsibility to pay the insurance, they have an escrow account with more than enough funding, it's just pure incompetence. Very frustrating.

      If I could give no star I would. The worst company ever ! Reported I had several late payments but was taking my money and then reversing the transaction. Reported this on my credit. Incompetent at its finest.
