  Robert Review A few months back, I finally decided to give Robert Menchaca a call again! I was ready to see if I was able to get pre-approved for a mortgage loan to buy my first house! I had tried getting a loan a few years back but I was unable to at that time. Robert knowledgeably oriented me on what to do in order to be ready in the future. I followed his advice and when I finally called back he remembered me. Since day one Robert was very helpful and honest. He explained to us the steps we were going to go through in an easy to understand way. When the time came for us to send in paper work we used an app that was very easy and secure to use. Every time we would go on to the next step he would email us a video that was personalized with things to do or not do in that step process. The pre-approved letter was well detailed with a breakdown of what to expect to pay for mortgage, insurance, closing costs, etc. Whenever we had questions he would answer them as honest and prompt as possible. What I really liked about Robert was that he always had different options available and found many ways in order to help us get the loan all approved from beginning to end. He is a very professional, knowledgeable, helpful loan officer. If in search of a loan officer look no further Robert is the surely to help you out.
