      As a Real Estate Broker in Northeast Wisconsin I cannot in good faith endorse using Jon Kuehn with The Money Store for your mortgage lending. I've now been involved with two transactions with him and both of them have had very lengthy and unnecessary delays due to lack of communication and general lack of knowledge. Please do your research before choosing to use him for you lending needs.

      I would give Jonathon Kuehn a 0 star if I could. I'm pretty sure I know more about the mortgage process than he does. He dragged my family through mud with legitimate lies about the progress he had made, causing a near month long delay in closing that nearly resulted in myself and my two small children being homeless. He would not answer phone calls on the day of close, provided BS information such as needing his supervisors approval, saying he had the loan commitment in hand (yet we still couldn't close the following week). Needless to say, I fired him and hired a different lender, and closed 7 business days later.
