  I closed on my house roughly three weeks ago with the assistance from loan officer, Jordan Grant. Jordan was initially helping me sort through my finances for a different home purchase, which did not fall through, and I did not think it was even possible to look into other homes. Of course I was wrong and Jordan made it happen. Not only was he professional and kind, but also extremely responsive. Jordan broke down all of the finance jargon for me to understand and I cannot thank him enough (as well as re-explaining things to me). I was extremely anxious and stressed beginning this process but as I reflect on everything now, I would do it all over again. It was a pleasure working him and I will definitely be recommending him and the team at The Mortgage Link to all my family and friends. Thank you soooo much Jordan, you’re amazing!

  Small business owners or the self employed DON'T even bother to speak to this company. It's a numbers game to these folks and if you don't fit in their easy to process box - your attempt to refinance will be denied. My husband and I attempted to refi an existing loan and were denied by this firm claiming our income to debt ratio was too high. Frankly, we make over six figures a year, have less than $ 3500 a month in total debt have credit scores in excess of 750 from all three credit bureaus and have owned the same business for more than 30 years. It's ridiculous. Their processors and underwriters do not know how to read tax returns.
