      The home is fine the HOA is useless.Emailed 3 times about fixing the sprinkler system. Been here 2 Years and asked if they would add mulch. All requests unanswered. All they do is a 10 minute grass cutting. You pay 95 dollars for nothing in this community. Next home no HOA and I would recommend the same.
