I am so glad to have worked with Patti while trying to find a new space in this crazy real estate market. Patti shared her knowledge not only about the properties I was interested in but also the area and its local history. Without that info, I would have overlooked certain things. She is easy to work with because she is down to earth and has a warmth about her that is evident while interacting with her. I never felt uninformed or unimportant. Patti was quick to answer my questions and even faster to find answers she wasn't so certain of. Because of this, I found out that Payne Real Estate has a fantastic team that supports one another behind the scenes. When Patti reached out to anyone of them, they were more then willing to give/find/assist in any way they could. I was impressed because a lot of other business "teams" do not want to be bothered by another coworker's client request.
