      My house got closed yesterday . As you know, buying a new construction house is really challenging for new graduate, especially for international student. The staff Ping, Yale and Joey in Ping Mortgage company are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful with the loan application, processing and closing experience and everything went very smoothly, nicely.       I worked with Ping mortgage twice, I would say I had consistent pleasant experiences. Yale was always super responsive, even during holiday seasons, with my rate inquiries and questions. Joey as the mortgage process was super organized and efficient throughout the application process. My recent refinance process took less then a month, I was able to lock in a decent rate before the expected rate surge this year. Highly recommend.
