      Do not do business with this company. They are crooks, plane and simple. My uncle, now deceased, contracted with them to handle his estate after his death and disperse. It has been over eight months since the probate court approved the dispersal of funds from the trust to the beneficiaries and we still haven't received over $400,000. The US Bank executor uses the excuse of "We need more time to figure out the taxes reported to the beneficiaries and pay the taxes due on the interest and dividends earned by the estate. It doesn't take eight months to figure out the reported income received by the beneficiaries, more like eight man hours to do the task. Also the amount of income earned by the estate was only around $30,000 but US Bank insists on withholding over $400,000 to cover the tax liability even though they deducted estimated taxes due. Meantime US Bank Private Client Reserve is running up management fees. I've had to resort to hiring an attorney and sue US Bank to get my inheritance.
