  Patricia and the Regan team are incredible. They made the home buying experience completely stress free and my wife and I were able to buy our first home in a competitive market with no hiccups. And we closed very early and all went perfect. We will be forever grateful they helped us get a house we love.

  The Regan Team is amazing! I didn't have the best credit and a had spoken to a few other lenders who didn't seem to want to help. A friend told me to call Patricia and she made a plan for me to get my credit score up. I followed her advice and a few months later she pre-approved me and I bought my 1st home! I couldn’t have done it without her expertise and I loved she really cared about my situation and actually helped me. I’m incredibly appreciative. If you want to work with the best call Patricia!

  Run, don’t walk away from the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They ran our credit 3 times which In one month is very harmful to your credit. This was after being incredibly unresponsive. Then they offered us what can only be described as the worst loan terms currently available. We left and went to Exchange Bank and were offered fantastic terms immediately and just closed on our dream home today. I don’t know who their target demographic is. But we came in with $180K and fair credit and they treated us like pariahs and damaged our credit. Needless to say, the “friend” who recommended them are no longer trusted.

  Hi James thank you so much for your review and sorry we never had the pleasure to speak with you as all our communication was with your partner. It’s unfortunate you’re upset but this is an awesome example of why it’s so important to get pre-approved for a home loan before you start your search. When your partner called us in September, your credit profile did not meet lender guidelines so we could not pre-approve you for the home you wanted to put an offer on. I know it was incredibly frustrating and clearly made you upset enough that you felt the need to leave this review but we played no part in your credit challenges. We came up with a plan for your partner to increase your credit score including the suggestion that all bills need to be paid on time. We communicated this all with your partner and after several times following up we never heard back. I’m confident the plan we created helped you get into a position so you were able to buy your home. We never pulled your credit without your signed authorization (we keep excellent records) and we certainly did not hurt your credit. As for the comment about our loan terms; we weren’t able to offer you financing. I’m happy for you that 5 months later you were able to improve your credit and purchase a home; it makes us feel great that what we did made a difference. We wish you the best of luck!
