      Jeff and Mario are a complete joke. Do yourself a favor and seek out other banks and lenders to work with. 0 professionalism and should consider careers as used car salesman. Not organized and do not make you feel as if you are a priority...at all. I've had better customer service at carnivals... Highly recommend staying away.
