      Ever since The State Bank bought out Farmer's State Bank it has been a complete joke of a company. Nobody seems to know what's going on or how to assist with *anything*. As soon as rates go down I'm moving my loans out of this establishment.

      This bank is probably the worst bank I ever known in my life. On a current deployment, husband told them twice the 2 countries I was traveling to. My card got declined bc its fraud.. both of the countries I had to travel to. Do u have any idea how embarrassing this is to have no access to my money!! No access when I'm on a deployment and you do this to me! How an embarrassment of bank this is. I have clearly enough money and I'll say this fix my card!!! My husband be coming in to tell u 3rd time but ur brain clearly doesn't work when we give u a heads up
