  Been here for 5 years now and very satisfied. Mortgage department needs to open there wings more and offer more choices but the people are all great. In a way I don't like how they rotate their employees from bank to bank in the area, but maybe that's so they can grow accustomed to they various locations and people. Great supporters of the communities they serve. They take care of everything I may need in spite of being on the road for two weeks at a time driving to California and back. Great personel attention, better than the 3 big credit unions in Flint area. I still use another credit union but between both of my institutions, everything we need gets accomplished with a smile. Thanks everyone!

  I've been a member of this bank for the past couple of years and after recent changes, I wont be for much longer. You can go into the lobby being the only person there to withdraw money and it'll take at least 5-8 mins (also they print the balance of that account on the back of the reciept and NOT with vanishing ink, so rip them up when finished). The atm has a minimum amount of $20 to take out and online transactions seem to only go through whenever they want to. Also if you plan to get a money order, the fee for one is $3. It was $2 a few months ago. I guess the price of money order paper has gone up. Do yourself a favor and find a different bank.
