      Been a member for over 30 years. Calling the bank goes to automated. There is option to talk to a representative. Weird

      Limited experience with Summit, but very positive. Closed out a loan with them a few years ago but needed the paperwork now. Even as a non-current customer, the two people I spoke to yesterday and today were both very helpful and got me what I needed.
