      Last year, I placed an order for 50 newspaper-style prints for my grandparents' 70th anniversary. The staff members were very friendly and helpful in showing me the different options. Bryan kept me updated when there was a problem with their printer and went above and beyond to ensure my order was ready on time and of the highest quality. I really appreciated their excellent customer service with an order that was very important to me.

      Was excited to drive here because they advertise open Sunday 11-4. It’s 12:30 and nobody is there. Drove 30 minutes for no reason. If you’re going to advertise open Sunday then open Sunday. Another customer walked up to door while I’m writing this.

      Lost my package, no explanation, store manager was unsympathetic and I had to chase him for weeks to get a claim filed and refund. Never called to follow up or provide status, employees are not trained to help. I eventually received a refund.

      We apologize for your lost package and our service was not what you were expecting. Thank you for being persistent regarding your claim. We started the tracer process as soon as we knew your item went missing which takes 1-8 days, after that was concluded, we then filed the claim paperwork for payment, which is about another 7-10 days. We appreciate your patience with us while we worked diligently to resolve your lost package issue. Tracer/claim process only took a total of 12 days and customer has been paid. Please stop in for our monthly special of .19 color copies.
