If I could give no stars I would. This ATM is ALWAYS OUT OF ORDER!!!! Do not waste your time and gas money going to this one. I am so frustrated with USAA banking. It’s very antiquated and the customer service is unresponsive. I’m going to change banks. This is completely unacceptable when there are no many other competent banking institutions. Get your act together USAA and stop pretending that you’re special and that it’s a privilege to be one of your members, because it’s not.
