      My fiancé and I were in the market for a home loan. I have dealt with Third Federal in the past for a mortgage and did not hesitate to use them again. My loan officer from the Mentor location was Shavon. The process was very smooth and hassle free. Shavon was a pleasure to deal with and would not hesitate to use this bank or recommend this bank to anyone.

      Horrible bank. My father died and I followed all their instructions to cash out his IRA CD that he had with them. They did not follow my requests at all, sent the check ($21,000) to the wrong address, and do not follow up at all. Once I get my money out of here, I'm never coming back and I would not recommend anyone opening an account here. Edit: after I complained, they really went head over heels to fix everything and sent me a handwritten letter apologizing. They were quite quick to fix it when they learned of the mistake
