Today, I had an appointment at 11:00 AM with Karen Forsythe. I arrived at 10:58. She was with a customer and told me to wait in the lobby. At 11:20, I asked another employee if she could help me with refinancing my mortgage. She told me that Karen would be ready soon. At 11:40, I asked Karen if she would be ready soon. She said no. I left the bank. This treatment and disrespect is unacceptable.

Marie Raymond is extremely pushy and annoying. After I told her multiple times I could not speak with her today, she called my companies headquarters and left a voice mail with out executive secretary because I didn't answer my cell phone after I told her I couldn't talk. How disrespectful and embarrassing. This woman has no boundaries. I immediately withdrew my mortgage plan with them.
