After 2 horrendous attempts with other banks due to my unusual employment situation, I went to 3rd Fed. AMAZING DIFFERENCE! Patti Midkiff was phenomenal. I was approved and really excited being that I would've been a FTHB. Initial interaction was great but then my loan officer could not find the time to respond to my questions. I became so frustrated that I put off buying, they were the 3rd lender to pull my credit and had the best rates and fees. If you can get with a good loan officer, it may be worth going with them.

You’ll regret doing business with them. The people are nice but aren’t good at their job. Slow process. Where it should take a month it will take 3 months.
