  Third Federal Refinance Review: I worked with Third Federal while refinancing my home. While I ultimately chose to go with a different lender solely based on closing costs, I felt it was necessary to share my highly positive experience working with Mary Robinson who is the branch manager. I initially felt that working with one of the other staff members was challenging. I reached out to Mary to see what could be done. From that point on, she took over and treated me with so much respect, courtesy, and professionalism. Her responses were so fast and always answered exactly what I was requesting. I truly appreciated the ease of working with Mary and in the future would highly consider working with her if I need another mortgage or refinance. Thank you again for turning this into such a positive experience!!!

  Beware, they do not withhold money for insurance when using them for a mortgage. They only withhold taxes or flood insurance. This should be explicitly stated. Not an ideal situation. Recommend to consider someone else if you'd like it all done together in your account.

  I would recommend this institution for a home loan. Great customer service and provide exactly what they say they will!
