The TIAA Bank did not respect the terms and conditions of the contract. Failures to respect their clients, ignore numerous letters sent in writing to the bank in order to render account of the management or their work. The TIAA Bank does not care to create a bad reputation in public opinion, and with his own clients They are Obliging me to pay a false monthly payment, which does not correspond to the reality of the loan statement.
