  The entire team at Tiana Ochoa Mortgages was amazing through the process of our home buying experience!! We never felt like we didn’t have someone to go to with questions or like we didn’t have the best advice and guidance from Denee and Tiana. I could not have pictured a better experience for buying our first home. From all the showings, negotiations, and to the closing table, we definitely felt like they had our back and best interests at heart the entire time. We will definitely refer family and friends and be back when we look for our next home! Thank you so much Tiana and Denee and the whole team!

  I always imagined buying a new home would be difficult. Not with Tiana Ochoa and her team. They helped my family get us a new build in a nice subdivision all hassle free. Tiana Ochoa Mortgages team helps with credit, getting finances, and the search for a property that fits your needs. I am so happy with all that was done for me that I want to encourage those reading this review to give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

  I can’t say thank you enough to Tiana @ Tiana Ochoa Mortgage & Real Estate Services!! She got us an interest rate more than 50% less than our current PLUS knocked a few yrs off (only 15 yrs to go)!! They even took the time to get my husband’s credit up even more to get the best deal possible even though we were already approved & good. We just felt like she was working with “OUR” best interest from the beginning. We kept putting off refinancing but so glad we finally did it. We saved a ton of money, lowered our interest, reduced our Mtg term, cashed out some equity, increased our credit & did it in less than 3 wks!! #ForeverGrateful Thank you Tiana, Maria, Jose & Denee!! Now we are ready to REMODEL!!
