  We closed on a refinance of our home at the end of March handled by Kari at Ticor Title. I was misinformed and told that our prior escrow account would refund our money and Ticor would pay 6 months worth of property taxes. Well, low and behold, it turns out that our property taxes were already paid by our prior escrow account when Ticor paid our property taxes on April 3rd. Kari has provided ZERO help with investigating the replicate tax payment with the Los Angeles County Treasurer and Tax Collector. I have done all the foot work and provided her team with the paper trail and still 6 weeks later they have not given me an update on when they will wire me my refund. I understand that we are going through a pandemic but I expect Kari and her team to maintain at least some level of transparency in regards to this matter.

  I have be doing business in this Office for over 7 property Transactions. Mr. Mahoney is very transparent individual. Very Professional and trustworthy . As to Real Estate Property transactions he knows what it takes, and closed transactions are all clear of errors or favoritism per either party . Never ,never a goofy matter.
