  Tiff and her team is truly amazing! She has helped us so much getting the best rates and finding what we can afford. Got us the lowest interest rates compared to anybody else. She's great with investors (newbies like us) seeing how we can get the next property or just someone looking to establish their family home. Very friendly and dependable, and very quick to respond to any question during anytime. Will continue to use for all our properties!

  Tiffany with Intercap Lending is awesome and on top of things. My wife and I had gone with multiple different lenders for a refinance and none of them communicated with us about what was going on and left us hanging. Tiffany was up front and talking with us if not every day then every other day. Tiffany refinanced us with a way better interest rate than what we were told by other lenders and within weeks of starting the process. I would recommend her to anyone!!

  Tiff was absolutely amazing. We found out in April that the lender we originally planned with did not let us know about rising interest rates like had promised, and the payment for our new home was going to be way out of our budget. My little sister told us to reach out to Tiff and I am so happy that she did. She is so knowledgeable and was able to save us money on our mortgage, even with the rising rates. She went above and beyond, answering our questions outside of normal business hours and did everything in her power to get things done in the timeframe that we needed. She also showed up to our closing to be there to support us, which our previous lenders have never done. We could tell she genuinely cared about us and getting us into our home at a decent monthly payment. I have nothing but good things to say about her and the Loan Gals and will be recommending them to anyone purchasing a home. Thank you Tiff!!!!!
