  Brandon Lomax was an exceptional help for my sister and I as we worked to find and purchase our first home. She and I had not been planning on needing to purchase a home yet, and so we didn't have much of anything to bring to the table financially other than both of us having decent credit. We didn't have the luxury of bringing in a down payment but that didn't stop Brandon from working with us. He showed us what our options were and was endlessly patient with all our questions. He was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Brandon not only processed our loan but made sure we understood our contracts even with our impressively limited knowledge. He made sure we had the lowest rate we could, at one point he even contacted us to warn us about possible upcoming rate changes due to current events we ourselves had not been aware of. Our buyer's agent also made sure to let us know that Brandon was a wonderful person to work with I highly recommend Brandon Lomax at Intercap Lending.

  We greatly appreciate the amount of time Brandon Lomax spent helping us navigate the mortgage loan application process. He was quick in responding to our questions. He was friendly and personable. He helped us stay on schedule. We spent a lot of time researching and comparing different mortgage lenders and feel confident in our decision.

  My husband and I couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience with Brandon Lomax. He went above and beyond for us and helped our home buying experience go very smooth. He communicated with us, kept us in the loop with changes & updates, and answered any questions we had. We would highly recommend Brandon to anyone!
