      Very difficult to get money back, I made a payment early to get it out of the way on a vehicle loan and they took it out again on the due date after I was told it would not be taken out they told me to wait 24 hours to have someone else call me to have me answer questions to get MY money back not sure why they cannot just transfer the money back to my checking account but instead opened a separate savings account and put my money there until I “authorize” it to go back to MY account. Would not recommend to do loans with them unless you have an actual baking account with them sure it would be easier other then that very friendly staff just difficult to get stuff done
