      I can't say enough great things about about Timberland Bank. This local bank cares about their customers, and their customer's money. Customer service is top-notch and they go out of their way to help. Did I mention they offer Owner-Builder loans?And, completely understand the process. A+

      I would stay away from these lenders if I were someone looking to get a loan from a bank.One of these "Lenders" "forgot" cruicial numbers in a DTI for a construction loan that would have locked us in a HELOC and land loan and put us over our DTI for a construction loan.If I would have signed the paperwork this lender sent me I would have went bankrupt because he "forgot" to add costs of the HELOC to my DTI.Which throws us over their 41% mark which would have denied us a construction loan therefore making us pay on a land loan and HELOC for nothing.Great job timberland bank.

      I was looking for a locally owned bank as I am big supporter of buying local. Timberland is a friendly local bank with all the FREE services I desire with my bank. I haven't done any loans or anything with them yet but I would guess that those services are just as satisfying as their normal banking.
