      I have been a member of this bank since 2016. They have treated me with respect and always helped when I needed it.

      Try to open account and the representatives there are by far the rudest people I have ever met.I tried to explain to one of the woman at the front desk why I was there and she cuts me off and says you are opening a account I said Yes but there other stuff I need to set up.She cuts me off again and says just sit over there.Another woman comes over to me I try to explain to her why I'm there she cuts me off and says just go over to that office.When I'm explaining to her I need to open account and start a Roa account she say I only qualify for a student account which it had to pay $15 for it.Im 33 I feel like I really wouldn't qualify for a student account and then she runs my credit after she runs my credit she repeats many times are you sure you want to open account by the 10th time I just left and said no.

      Your new website layout and design are complete trash, please make it where I can make payments and stop trying to charge me $8 when I call to make a payment because your website does not work. I pay too much money to you for this platform to be poorly done.
