  If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. My spouse and I have had so many problems with this incompetent bank. All we wanted was to get and keep our car loan going with no issues, but we had issues from the get go. At the beginning they said we had a laps in coverage, we fixed it, they stole $700 from us and did not give it back in our account, they only put it in the car loan, but even then they didn't put it in the car loan. Also, on that same note they did no care one bit that we had other bills to pay and that we didn't have any food for us. Now they are doing the same thing except they didn't steal from us because our account was already in the negative because of them, and they can't take money out if we were in the negative.....that makes no sense even though they do it multiple times through out our term, from unauthorized fees to "authorized" fees. Oh and here is the juicy part, the manager and her associate they were completely, COMPLETELY rude to us, yes granted we were rightfully upset, my spouse never got up, never was screaming or yelling, again rightfully upset, but they completely crossed the line from being professional to acting like children arguing with other children on who's right and who's wrong, moving all around like they were making themselves bigger and provoking him to get up and try something after getting the officer to escort us. I highly recommend staying away from this bank and read the 3 to 1 star reviews.

  0 stars!!! There costumer service is the worst I have ever seen, they continuously take money from my account without permission, and they are never give you the right information. I have had at least 3000 taken from me and they continue to take I can’t shut down the account because I have a loan with then I have payed it since October of 2021 and only payed down 1000 dollars. They dropped my credit score 162 points and won’t even fix it even though it’s there mistake I absolutely hate this bank just go to navy federal credit union they are better.
