      The people are nice enough but the ATM is almost always out of service. For days at a time. It is the only ATM within 100 miles that I can deposit money at. I now have a late fee on my rent because the ATM has been out all weekend. Probably 6th or 7th time in the last few months where I have driven 20 minutes here and it is out of service.

      I went through this bank for an auto loan pre-approval and was instructed that at the max of the loan it had a large APR but that was due to the amount and once the final amount was determined the APR can then be adjusted to correlate the change in assumed risk of the loan. This did not happen and now I am stuck in a loan with an outrageous APR with no way out due to false pretenses. I will never recommend this bank to anyone. My friends and coworkers have had much better experiences using Arvest or Fort Sill Federal Credit Union.
