      After completion of our settlement statement and settling the remaining balance by wire, that is to say after closing was finalized, I get notice that funds will remain stuck in escrow because Title Durango forgot to include endorsement fees. Unpleasant experience. Seems like details that are apart of the job.

      This was one of the more unresponsive title offices I have dealt with. Very poor quality communication. I close multiple transactions a year and unfortunately I cannot recommend them.
