I am a little and/or a lot picky about attention to detail, and that is both good and bad. However, as picky as I am, Title Services of Walton County is completely outstanding - with extraordinary attention to detail, timeliness, issue spotting, and clear, proactive communication. Janis and her team are simply the best, and they made every aspect of my closing easy. Simply the best! There was a song by that name, I think!
