      Was a very good experience till I tried to pick my title back up. Told me I had already received. Not willing to check to see on cameras who has my title. Tried calling customer service and sat on hold for 30 minutes and no pick up. Have to go to get replacement title now. No help after paying my loan off like I said. No help after loan paid.

      Representative very rude. Blaming the office where my loan was started for the issue when she was the issue at that moment. Not listening and then saying she is not a mind reader. You don’t have ti be a mind reader but if you don’t listen you will need to figure it out. Very ignorant to be at the corporate office.
