      They were quick to give a loan on my Infiniti and made it super easy but I missed a payment due to being in another state with my dying grandfather. It was towed, once I paid to retrieve my car it was fried. My car is no longer in working condition and will have to have the dealership install a new computer and have a new key fob made costing me thousands. They claim they are not responsible because they can't confirm my car was running before hand. The towing company they use fried my car and now I can't even drive it. I had to have it towed home just to sit and they have offered no help. Do not let them tow your vehicle. They won't claim responsibility for any damage done and blame you for everything! If your going to tow a vehicle they should have people that know what they are doing not someone who is going to basically break into your car and fry your computer system just to tow it then expect you to pay on a loan to a vehicle that now doesn't work because of them. I had to put 1 star but I would rather them a -10 if I could.
