  Rocky and George were incredibly helpful. They made the process super easy and they were really friendly. So grateful for them helping us when we needed them the most! Update 2 days after original review... I originally had given them 5 stars but I dropped it to 3 because instead of giving us a check, the made us get a debit card with Universal Silver. The debit card has charged us fee after fee after fee even though we were told by Rocky that the card would be free for the first month and we could use any ATM without a fee. We were given no other option to get the money we borrowed. We borrowed a specific amount for a reason and we keep losing $5-10 each transaction because Title Max forced us to put our money on this card. Update #2 I'm dropping them to 2 stars. We tried to pay the balance of the loan online and their website repeatedly declined the payment. First time said the card number was wrong, then the ccv was wrong, then the billing address was wrong. Now we have to wait until tomorrow to make the payment which is going to cost us more money. They charge 17% EACH DAY you have the loan...we have had the loan 3 weeks and the principal has gone up $400. They also buy 5 star ratings so on here you're not going to get the truth about how people really feel. Think long and hard if this is really something you want to do....
