  I was fortunate enough to have the office manager do my loan. She was very knowledgeable about her work and was very nice to work with. It was a long and very painful evening for me because I was held up for over 3 hours trying to get pictures of my car to be accepted to finish the transaction! It was at night time and the business did not have enough Lighting in the parking lot for a good picture of the car. That was the whole holdup! She took pictures, sen them only to come bck 20-30 minutes later that they weren't acceptable. We wld move the car and try again. This went on until after 8:00 at night and the store closes at 6:00 we got there at 5:00 but had already spent over a 1/2 HR at another location only to be sent to this store. I'm disabled and can't go by myself, my healthcare worker had left for the day, so a friend, who is also disabled came with me. So, it wasn't just me that had to go through this 3 hours plus ordeal, missing dinner, late with medication, in pain and still looking at a 45 minute to an hour drive home... Not only do I believe that we both deserve compensation, but Ms Sherry should be compensated over and above what her normal pay is or a bonus. She was sweet from the beginning rite to the end. If not for her, I would have gave up and left long before.

  Stay away from this location the woman are very disrespectful and will not tell you things that you should know they will talk to you crazy and will allow yourself to get in a hole you can’t get yourself out of!! Trust me guys this is not the place to go the management of that store is very very disappointing

  THIS IS WARNING NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE THEY HIDE FEES VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR 1/11/22 MARK MY WORDS YOU WILL REGRET IT THEY WILL TRY AND TAKE YOUR TITLE!! Psa I paid my title off and they still held my title and I had to argue and call up there every day to get it back this is a scam that go after people that are poor and most likely already in debt stay away from them!!!THEY SHOULD RECEIVE A A NO! STAR I HAVE VIDEOS ON SOCAIL MEDIA OF THERE DISRESPECT!
