We had SUCH a wonderful experience with Todd Kohlbusch at TN Bank-Farragut location. He was the first lender that we encountered who offered to meet with us (AFTER working hours on a Friday!)and give us the information we needed to make an informed decision. He was very easy to talk to and is a very genuine man who truly wants the best for your family. He compared the loan that he believed was best for our situation to the other loan offers from other companies, and walked us through what all of the terminology meant. He always responded promptly to any questions that we emailed or texted him throughout the loan approval process, and we felt like he truly cared about us as individuals.
