      I've been going to the farragut bbt branch for over a decade. I run a business so I am in there often. I have never had a bad experience there. They have always been pleasant, courteous and professional. Carla has gone out of her way to take care of my business needs. I live in another town with lots of bank options but because of the good service I drive 45 minutes to bank there.

      This branch is closed. They have fully merged with SunTrust/Truist went to the new location which I wasn't told about(was there last Friday and its Tuesday the following week) I had to wait at least 30 minutes to withdraw. You would expect such a large merger to go somewhat smoothly, given the multiple months of time they had to prepare🤦‍♂️Started by going to the Lenoir City branch of Truist the line was out of the door. Looking for a new bank

      Now I know why this place has such a terrible rating its Friday which is almost everyone's pay days and when people need to make deposits for the weekend this place has lobby closed and 2 drive thrus but 1 is only open and cars are wrapped around the building it took 30 min to get to the window terrible services mgt needs to be fired !!!!!! ITS like this all the time then people get tired of waiting so they go to the ATM to do all there deposits and the its all backed up JUST TERRIBLE SERVICE
