  Tni has been our family Realtor for years, she's helped and guided me in buying and selling my second home and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase. I was recently looking for a home in a great neighborhood to raise my two boys with a nice size backyard, and spacious floorplan and she DELIVERED! This past year she got us into our forever home! I don't think I will move again, it was everything I asked for and then some! As I sit in my sunroom looking at my fruit trees, I know I ended up in the best home possible for my family. She listens to what you need and she searches for the best home for your family. Without a doubt Tni, is the best in the Central Coast! If you are looking for someone with extensive experienced, knowledgable in real estate and not to mention her law background is also a bonus! Tni is also a real estate investor herself so she knows which houses are worth your investment. Buying a house is a huge purchase and you need someone who puts your interests first.   if your looking for the best realtor in the 805 then look no further. Tni LeBlanc is the absolute best in the business hands down! came through big time for me and my family. she is top drawer in my book. she was there at every corner and every situation that popped up on us. answered every question and explained everything like a teacher and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. she will be there by your side no matter what hurdles my might come across. i just can't say enough about Tni. i am so glad i have had a chance to watch a real pro work and handle themselves the way Tni has. i really learned a lot about buying or selling a home. after hiring Tni you can absolutely be relaxed knowing she's the one leading the charge and handling all business. i can go on and on about my experience with tni selling our home for us. you will not lose with Tni on your team thats for sure so do not hesitate for one second more and contact her to get the ball rolling. you will not regret it one bit. im definitly glad to be able to have crossed paths with Tni and now call her a friend....
