      Please do not use Todd! He is the worst caused my family and myself a lot of stress over an alleged typo that caused our monthly payments to be double the amount. Exact response: Hey Veronica, I did a bunch of research and sent the email below and added the attachments.. it looks like just a simple type-o that caused the issue, it will normally take a day or 2 for them to respond..
