      Katrina is a teller here and has ALWAYS been nothing but helpful, nice and patient! I love this branch because they are all very friendly and helpful and faster than the Pearland or Sagemont/Scarsdale (scary looking especially in the drive through with no Windows & replaced with big sheets of metal @ scaresdale branch- looks like you’re going to get robbed when you do a transaction through the drive through lanes) Anyways Friendswood branch is the way to go! They are fast and reliable! Thank you for enjoying your jobs and helping customers, bec as a customer, going to any bank is dreadful and tedious usually and I used to hate banking with BBVA. 💕Kelley Brumfield

      The service is fine but they have the slowest drive thru service ever.
