  With the exception of the main branch (at the Brewery off Lynch Street) the service,knowledge, competency and help are horrendous. It was originally Anhueser Busch Employee Credit Union and everything was top notch from the service to the products. Excellence was the rule of thumb. Then they expanded and called the branches American Eagle Credit Union and things weren't excellent anymore not even the service, but when they changed the name to "Together Credit Union" it is the WORST banking institution I've EVER experienced. The remote tellers SUCK and getting help on the phone is a complete waste of time. Either they hang up on you ,or transfer you to so many different departments you give up, or leave you on hold for up to two hours. They're RUDE, unhelpful and should get jobs where they have no contact with the public. I miss when they were Anhueser Busch Employee Credit Union, because now they are just a much hated "cheesily" named credit union nobody likes. I will only conduct business at the main location at Anhueser Busch Brewery because many of the employees there have been there since is was Anhueser Busch employees credit union and they still are excellent at what they do. Go with a small friendly neighborhood credit union who appreciates the customers who own them!

  A very mixed bag. While COVID-19 has been somewhat of a factor, far too many companies, including Together Credit Union, are using it as an excuse for poor service and delays. Unfortunately, their ATM's have issues reading checks, so you have to key them in manually, cancel the transactions, and start all over again. Online support is lacking and when you do submit a question, you don't receive an answer that solves the issue. Before COVID-19, the lobby service was pretty solid and the tellers were pretty fast. Update: ATM's are back to malfunctioning and not able to read multiple checks. Even if the check is computer-generated and the amounts are clear as day, their ATM's cannot read them. My new issue is now I can't login online. Their system cannot seem to store and recall my login information, and constantly makes me re-enter it manually. When I call their automated help line, it cannot recognize my account information. To say I'm frustrated with Together Credit Union's decline in service, is an understatement.
