Matthew Balkonis was my loan agent and helped guide me through all requirements. After our first phone call, he sent me a detailed, easy-to-read table of financing options followed by a Loan Estimate. The final numbers varied only slightly from the initial ones - absolutely no surprises on his end. Mathew was consistent with his communication with me - via text, phone, and email. I never felt lost in the application process. And TruRate's secure portal was easy to work within as I uploaded documents or downloaded their documents for my completion. The graphics clearly showed me where I was in the process and what documents TruRate was awaiting. This was an excellent experience.
