  Working with Tom to refinance my home mortgage was a very positive experience. From the moment I contacted him and told him my goals, hie provided advice that was designed to get me the best result based on my needs/desires. He explained all of my options clearly, It was clear he had my satisfaction in mind and was not "selling" me anything. Initially, he advised to me wait a few months after contacting him as he thought the rates might be better then and he was right. When we decided to pull the trigger on the refinance, Tom and his team at Loan Depot were always available and the process was easy and painless. This excellent, selfless advice and customer service has earned my praise here today and allows me to wholeheartedly endorse Tom as the man to contact when considering a refinance.
