      I went to Top Cash Pawn for some work gas money and I was treated fairly and I believe I was given a fair amount of my loan. The two (2) gentelman there seemed knowledgeable about answering my questions.Top Pawn was very clean and had a fair amount of electronics and tools.       Pawned my ring that was appraised at $5000 about a year ago for $600. While waiting to pawn I told one of the pawn shop employees I wanted to sell it. He said the manager was not there and I said I would take $3500. He stated “he will probably give you more than that”. A week later I go to get it out of pawn and as the person was testing the diamond it kept saying some other name, not diamond as it had said when I pawned. He tried to hand it back and I said no, it said diamond when I pawned it. He said it was to clean to be a diamond but pointed to the side of the gem on the ring and it said diamond. The ring didn’t look the same so I took it to the same appraiser, he is my mom and aunts friend, and he said the diamond is not the same one I appraised. I would recommend people not to use this place. Not much I can do now. The appraiser said he will give me a sworn statement for court so that’s a plus. The nerve of some people, I am an honest man making an honest living. I know times are hard but screwing people over us not a way to make a living. I do have one thing going for me, karma is my guardian angel. I will work the system to make sure nobody else gets ripped off by this store or any other chain the owner has, related to pawn. No hard feelings, you won the battle.
