Been a member for over 20 years and like the service, but don't appreciate being asked to wear a mask. Edit Review raised due to response from owner.

Based on the decline in cases of COVID-19 in the area, Topside FCU will be relaxing our mask mandate beginning November 1st, 2021. Masks will be optional for fully vaccinated members and employees. Thank you for your feedback and your membership.

The people working there are pleasant, but when I went in the other day, some noxious ultra-right 'Christian' radio station was being piped into the lobby. I was trying to do some banking while some unctuous female was nattering between the religious songs, warning about "The Enemy" trying to distract people from God's Will -- excuse me?? I go into a credit union to attend to financial issues, not attend a Holy Roller tent revival. If this happens again, I'm shifting my accounts to Navy Federal. That's ridiculous!

been a member since they were in the spotsy mall. love this bank. shop local/bank local. best thing is when you speak to them it doesnt seem like you are talking against a corporate wall, whos only interest is in fleecing every single aspect of your existence. seriously folks, open an account and see what you have been missing.
