      I went to Touchstone Bank last week to ask about a loan! The young lady who helped me was outstanding! Friendly service and great customer appreciation! I highly recommend using Touchstone!

      While visiting Clarkesville over the weekend, I used the atm at the new Touchstone bank. At the close of my transaction, I received a receipt for $0 and my card was not emitted from the machine, though my online app showed the money coming out of my account. I have repeatedly called Touchstone’s online banking hotline which claims “ you will receive a call back within 24hrs.” I have since had to cancel the card to get a reissue and will have to return to Clarksville in person today to attempt to clear the transaction and obtain the old card. I’d advise visitors to the area to steer clear of this institution’s atm.
