      Tellers are helpful and courteous. Still under COVID 19 restrictions and you need an appointment to go inside. Drive thru is open and there's an ATM

      Wells Fargo (at least in Clarksville) no longer cares about customer service. It is the worst bank in all of my 79 years. They had great service when I lived in Lynchburg.

      Worst bank EVER! The staff are corporate robots. Hopefully one day they can get jobs at one of the local banks where they can show genuine kindness and understanding because they are happy with their work environment.
